In forming trusts, we work with our clientís financial and legal advisors in designing trusts suited to their needs. We will talk with attorneys drafting trust documents before these documents are finalized and review documents for existing trusts to determine content and transferability.

Our Trust Committee also oversees management of real estate assets and unique assets. Investment reviews are performed on a regular basis to assure compliance with the trust document. We can engage and oversee property managers of trusts holding real estate and assist in valuation of unique trust assets.
Our Trust Committee also oversees discretionary distributions and annual account and investment reviews, management and oversight of real estate assets, and unique situations. We provide comprehensive trust administration including oversight of investment advisors to assure that investments comply with the goals and instructions of the trust. We provide trust account statements and trust accounting for net income distributions. We assure that beneficiary remittances are consistent with trust documents and are made via check, wire or ACH. We can arrange for beneficiary bill paying. We oversee preparation of fiduciary income tax including filing the returns, making payment of any tax due from the trust and responding to tax authorities.
We pay trust bills, keep financial advisors apprised of upcoming cash needs, stay in touch with and make all trust distributions to beneficiaries. We work with asset custodians to obtain current transaction information and prepare and send periodic statements required by trust documents.
If our administrative services are being recommended to a client there is generally no charge for our preliminary planning and document review services.
Our trust administration fees are based on the greater of a percentage of the value of the trustís assets or our minimum fee, charged monthly in advance. We charge fees for initial account set up, tax return preparation and extraordinary services. We also charge an account termination fee to ensure proper transfer of trust administration.
