Santa Fe Trust is available to act as an intermediary by holding escrow assets. To establish an Escrow Account, the buyer and seller must provide an Escrow Agreement that describes the assets to be held and the conditions for their disposition. As the effort and responsibility of Santa Fe Trust is unique to the agreement, the fee will be determined upon review of that agreement. If the escrow agreement and fee are acceptable to all parties, an escrow is opened. The seller's assets and the purchaser's funds or exchange assets are placed in that account. When all conditions of the escrow agreement have been met, Santa Fe Trust will disperse the assets according to the escrow instructions.
We provide escrow services for individuals or legally established entities, such as foundations, corporations, limited liability companies and limited and general partnerships. Typical escrows would include assets such as cash settlements, real property, interests in a private business, intrinsics (gold, silver, etc.), gems and art. An escrow allows for appraisal, authentication, quiet title and other qualification matters to be resolved prior to conclusion of the transaction.
If you have a transaction that requires an escrow arrangement, please Contact Us to discuss the specifics of your situation and pricing.
