While Santa Fe Trust, Inc. understands that information is the cornerstone of its ability to provide superior service to its clients, it recognizes that the most important asset
it possesses is a client’s trust. Therefore, its top priority is keeping client information secure and using it only as clients wish. Set forth below is Santa Fe
Trust, Inc.’s promise to its clients:
1. Santa Fe Trust, Inc. will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information
its clients share with it.
2. Santa Fe Trust, Inc. will limit the collection and use of client information to the minimum required to deliver superior service to
its clients. This
includes advising its clients about the products and services of Santa Fe Trust, Inc. and to administer client accounts.
3. Santa Fe Trust, Inc. will permit only authorized employees who are trained in the proper handling of client information to have access to that information. Employees
who violate the Privacy Policy of Santa Fe Trust, Inc. will be subject to normal disciplinary processes.
4. Santa Fe Trust, Inc. will not reveal client information to any
external organization unless it has previously informed the client in disclosures or agreements, has
been authorized to do so by the client, or is required to do so by law.
5. Santa Fe Trust, Inc. will maintain control over the confidentiality of client information in its possession. It may, however, facilitate relevant offers from reputable
companies. The offering companies are not permitted to retain any client information unless the client has expressed an interest in the offering companies’ products or services.
6. Santa Fe Trust, Inc. will require any organizations hired to provide support services on its behalf to conform to its privacy standards and also will allow Santa Fe Trust,
Inc. to audit them for compliance with its privacy standards.
7. Santa Fe Trust, Inc. will strive to keep client files complete, current and accurate. Santa Fe Trust, Inc. will advise its clients how to access their account information (except
when we are prohibited by law) and how to notify it regarding any errors. Santa Fe Trust, Inc. will promptly correct any errors brought to its attention.
