Transition Trusts

In some instances, transactions call for a transaction trust. If escrow is insufficient to meet the terms of the transaction or the needs for security, safe keeping or other elements, consider a short term trust at Santa Fe Trust as a means of completing that transaction. We will work with you to create a plan to accommodate contract terms consistent with state, federal and international laws.
